Limit times races

Do you prefer…

Cross the finish line with a smile, during the party and with a crowd cheering and having time to savor the latest refueling and to discuss with the other participants? or…

Having chosen at all cost a longer distance, without being really trained and arrive at the edge of asphyxia, completely exhausted, in a finish area where the party is over, all runners have arrived a long time, the public has left. Only the staff is still there to congratulate you? It is up to you to make the best choices, in good conscience for your body and mind!

Limit time on the marathon

Maximum 6:30 hours running

The runners who do not finish at 00:30 pm on the 18st km will be stopped. At the request of the race commissioner, they must go up into the end-of-race vehicle and they will be brought back at the point of arrival.

In case of refusal to comply with the regulations, competitors must respect the usual road signs and use sidewalks and the Lausanne Marathon safety service will no longer be insured. The Lausanne Marathon declines all responsibility in case of problems and accidents.

Limit time on the half-marathon

Maximum 4 hours of running

Limit time on the 10km / walking and nordic walking
