Bib transfer to another person

Bib transfers are no longer possible, either by email or on site at the Expo on October 24, 25 and 26.

Changes to distances and transfers could be made until Thursday, September 18, 5:00 p.m. by email.

Individuals starting the wrong distance will be disqualified. Checks will be conducted at the finish line. Bibs must be worn on the chest for the timekeeping check and video.

Important – Responsibility

It is prohibited to transfer a bib to another person after 5:00 p.m. on September 18, 2025.

The bib will bear the name of the registered person. If a person transfers their bib to another person without having made the transfer changes by email before September 18, she will bear full responsibility for any problems occurring before, during, after the race as well as for the classification.

In the event of an accident, illness, or other problems, the health service, the police, the timekeeper, and the organizer will not have the correct contact information for the person running. The person who provided their race number will bear the consequences.

The risk incurred will be that certain services, the health service or the ambulance driver will give a false name to the doctor or hospital who will contact the family of the runner who did not participate!
