Bib transfer - Distance change

Transfer of bib:

All changes (CHF 5.- cash fee) are made at the « Problem » stand in the Auguste Piccard sports hall on 25, 26 and 27 October. Hours:

WARNING! Some runners have chosen the option of sending by post. They may have already received their bib by Poste between October 8 and 11 and need to send it to you. It is mandatory to have this bib for the change (CHF 5.- cash fee). Without a bib, no transfer . will be possible

Bibs of runners who did not take the mailing are distributed at the Auguste Piccard gym.

On Monday, October 21, Datasport will send them an SMS with their race number. They will pass the photo of the SMS to the replacement runner who will use it to remove the bib at the Expo. He will then go to make the change with the bib at the Stand « Problem » (CHF 5.- of cash fees).

Important:  if a person runs with the bib of another person without having made the change, the person who has transmitted his bib will bear full responsibility in case of problems during the race. In case of an accident, the health service will not have information about the running person. The risk is that the health service will give a false name to the doctor or hospital and contact the family of the runner who did not participate!

Change of distances:

All changes can be made free of charge until September 22. From this date, change to be made with your bib on site at the Expo at the stand « Problems » for CHF 5.- in cash! No refund for a change to the lower distance.
